Who are we?

We are a flower shop located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, selling both in retail and online. We’ve been in business since 1988 and we pride ourselves with a wide variety of the finest floral products, backed with service that is fast, friendly and always professional.  For more information, read more about us here

What is your time zone and what is your operation times?

Our local time zone is UTC/GMT +8hours and we operate from Mondays-Saturdays at 9.00a.m – 8.00p.m.
Our physical shop is also opened on Sundays and Public Holidays from 11.00a.m – 3.00p.m.

I can’t find the flowers I’m looking for, how do I order?

We do our best to cater to all your flower needs!
Simply go to Custom-Made Flowers, fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do note that special arrangements will take some time for confirmation, hence same-day delivery may not necessarily be applicable.

Can I change the colors of the flowers/packaging?

Our expert florists at McClient have taken much into consideration, the flower and color combinations of our products.
However, if you would like some changes to your product, do let us know upon check-out by filling out the additional information column and we will do our best to meet your requirements while maintain the aesthetics of the product.

What is the product guarantee and exchange policy?

We guarantee that our flowers are fresh upon delivery, otherwise we will be happy to exchange your goods with same/similar products for the same value. Notification has to be made 1 hour prior to receiving the goods. Exchanges are done under the discretion of the company.

How do I keep my flowers fresh?

Always ensure that the stems of your fresh flowers are preserved in water, moist and kept in a cool area away from heat and direct sunlight.

The product I ordered differs slightly from the picture in the website.

While we always strive to maintain the original aesthetics of the products, sometimes, we may substitute the complimentary flowers or packaging to ensure timely delivery and the freshness of the flowers used.
If required, we substitute them with material(s) of equal or greater value, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product as per your order.

The flowers I received are not perfect.

It is vital to know that fresh flowers are not produced in a factory, but grown naturally.
Hence, each stalk is unique and may vary in shape and size and may experience some slight discoloration as mother-nature takes its course. These variations does not reflect the freshness of our flowers, so rest-assured that your flowers are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery.
P.S: even our silk-flowers are made in a way that reflects the nature of fresh flowers.

Your Order

Can I change my order details after checking-out?

Yes, definitely. Just drop us a line by email and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please allow for changes to be effective one day before delivery, especially if you are ordering from outside of Malaysia.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

Once your order has been delivered, we will send you an email confirmation.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We accept payment via Credit Card/PayPal and Direct Bank Transfers.
For Direct Bank Transfers, your order will be processed once the payment has been cleared.

Where do I key in my coupon code?

At the check-out page, you will be asked to key in a coupon code if you have one. Simply key-in the code and click “Apply Code” and your total amount will be updated accordingly.


What are your delivery times?

Our standard delivery time is between 9.30a.m – 5.00p.m, Mondays – Saturdays.

How does Same-Day Delivery work?

We do same-day deliveries for orders received BEFORE 1:30pm (Malaysian time, GMT+0800hrs). Orders made after 1.30pm, on Sundays and Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Same-day deliveries only apply to deliveries to our standard delivery zones. Find out more information on our delivery service here.

Do you deliver to other states in Malaysia?

Yes we do! We have minimum order amount requirement on our products for delivery outside of our standard delivery zones. Talk to us and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you!

Do you deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays?

We do accommodate deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays with an extra surcharge, get in touch with us and we will arrange it for you.

Do you do special delivery arrangements, i.e. deliver to a restaurant reservation?

Of course we do! Simply fill in the ‘additional information’ column upon check out and let us know the details, i.e: the reservation name or the waiting staff in-charge.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

We cannot promise that the flowers will arrive exactly at your specified time, but you can let us know upon check-out if you have a preferred time for the delivery, (i.e. before 12p.m., after 2p.m.) and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery times.

What if my recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery guy will contact the recipient to let them know that we are at the designated address and discuss the options with your recipient.
Should we be unable to reach your recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
If you are unsure if the recipient will be home, you can leave us a note to call the recipient before delivery.

Will my recipient receive the flowers personally?

We always strive to deliver the flower to the specified person. However, if we are unable to reach them personally, we will deliver the flowers to the reception or nominated receiver. All our deliveries are signed-for by the person who received the goods from us!


I just received my flowers without information of the sender

How mysterious! Unfortunately, due to our privacy policy, we are unable to reveal our customer’s information.
However, we hope you enjoy the flowers and fingers crossed, the sender will reveal themselves to you!

Can I pick-up the order myself?

Yes, you can! Simply choose “Self Pick-Up” when you key-in your details at the check-out page.
