Delivery
Delivery Time Frame
Our standard delivery times are between 11.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. (local time, GMT +0800hrs), Monday – Saturday. If you have any time preferences, please let us know during checkout. We will try our best to fulfill your preferences but will be subjected to our availability.
Urgent Orders / Special Arrangements
For urgent orders, please contact us directly, preferably by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your order. We do accommodate deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays, get in touch with us and we will arrange it for you. If you require special arrangements, or if you have any other questions regarding our delivery services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Same-Day Delivery
We make same-day deliveries for orders received before 2.00 p.m. (local time, GMT +0800hrs). Orders made after 2.00 p.m., on Sundays & Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas of Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor. If the area you entered is not listed or if you are unsure, get in touch with us!
We also do interstate deliveries across the country. Get in touch with us for more information on this.
Exchanges
We GUARUNTEE that our flowers are fresh upon delivery, otherwise we will be happy to exchange your goods with same/similar products or of the same value. Exchanges are done at the discretion of the company and to be made 1 hour prior to receiving the goods.
All orders will be delivered to the recipient’s address as submitted by the sender, but not necessarily to the named recipient personally, however, the recipient will be notified of the delivery. We do our best to hand over the flowers to the named recipient personally when it is possible during the time of delivery.

The Nature of Fresh Flowers
It is important to know that different flowers bloom and wilt at different times. There is no guarantee as to how long they may stay fresh, but we do, however, guarantee that they are fresh upon delivery.
As fresh flowers are perishable and made by nature, they are not meant to be perfect. By the term “fresh”, we mean flowers that are not wilted, limp, or broken. In general, a fresh flower is determined by the sturdiness of its stem and the plumpness of its bloom. As every flower has its own nature, some may experience pollen discoloration, petal bruising, and may bloom downwardly. As florists, we do our best in preserving the beauty of these flowers.
Thoughtful Packaging
At McClient, we go to great measures to maximize the lifespan and freshness of our fresh flowers! Our flowers are all carefully conditioned before we package them, and we always ensure that they are preserved in moist & fresh water as it is being delivered to you.
Our hand bouquets are preserved by keeping the stems wrapped in moist cotton and fresh water. Hence, it is advisable to keep them in an upright position.
To maximize the freshness of your bouquet, it is advisable to change the water daily. To do this, simply:
- Remove the bottom packaging of the hand-bouquet & cut the stems short by approximately 2cm. Place the bouquet in a vase or container filled with approximately 4 inches of fresh water.
· Our flower baskets and vases come arranged in a high-quality oasis foam that retains moisture. To keep your flower arrangement fresh, simply keep the oasis at the bottom moist by adding water to the flowers from mid-level or directly on the oasis.
· Flowers love getting a mist bath! So, if you have a water spritzer, this can help keep them vitalized. However, avoid watering directly onto the flowers as too much moistness may dampen the petals causing them to wilt. - Keep the flowers away from heat & direct sunlight.
- Remove the flowers, petals or leaves that are turning yellow or wilting to prevent the other flowers from wilting.
